We can either work with your clients on an ongoing basis or deliver the services to them completely white labeled and under your business name.
We are able to provide a fully managed outsourcing solutions for accountancy firms. We can either deal with your clients directly as a preferred partner, or we can deal with your clients as an extension of your business, depending on your preference.
Our most popular option is where we deal with your clients directly as your preferred partner, but we do not invoice the client, we invoice directly to you as to not affect your overall charges to your client.
If you chose to work alongside us, you will not need to have the expense of an in house payroll department.

Weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly calculations to suit your needs
Preparation and issue of sealed payslips, or email PDF payslips as required *bespoke logo’ed designs are available for no additional cost
Administration and calculation of all statutory payments (SSP, SMP etc)
Ability to process BACS payments to staff where necessary authority 3 required
Ability to process BACS payments to staff where necessary authority 3 required
Administration and calculation of staff pay deductions such as attachment to earnings
Preparation and submission of all in year RTI returns together with end of year documentation and issuing P60’s to all employees
Dealing with HMRC, The Pensions Regulator, your pensions provider and any other relevant 3rd party on your behalf, where the relevant authority is in place
